I am a genealogist based in Ontario with over 15 years of research experience, specializing in immigration to Southwestern Ontario from Ireland, Scotland, and the UK, as well as Spanish ancestry tracing to Spain, Venezuela, and Colombia. I’ve been immersed in genealogical research since 2009, using tools like Ancestry.ca, FamilySearch, City archival records and DNA analysis to help families uncover their roots.
With a background in both traditional records and modern DNA interpretation, I bring a thoughtful and historical lens to each project by exploring not just who our ancestors were, but why they made the journeys they did. I especially enjoy uncovering those unexpected, meaningful “fun facts” that bring family stories to life whether it's a surprising occupation, a unique migration path, or a long-lost connection. My goal is to provide research that’s not only accurate, but also deeply personal and story-driven.
Trained Data Analyst
I am a trained Data Analyst and researcher with work experience in City records (tax rolls and assessments, land and zoning), real estate (MLS), legal, and personnel records. I am well experienced in navigating City archives.
Multi-lingual Support
I offer bilingual (English-Spanish) services with a future goal to offer services in (Canadian) French and American Sign Language (ASL).
